We’ve been living in this wonderful place in Thailand – Krabi – for three years now! During this time, we’ve discovered so much here. Krabi is a dream spot for nature and scenery lovers, as well as for those who love the sea and islands. It simply has everything.
Almost two years ago, we decided to create a day trip with our favorite spots, one that gives you a different, local but pampering experience, combining Krabi’s most beautiful landscapes and lots of natural water spots in Krabi’s nature – a great place.
So - how did we plan the trip in Krabi?
About two and a half years ago, we met a kind driver named Damon. He spoke good English and had a big, comfortable jeep, so we started recommending him to others. Everyone who met him loved him, and we stayed in touch.
We always wanted to create a simple and peaceful day trip in Krabi – something local, quiet, and away from tourist crowds. So we teamed up with Damon and built a special private route together.
Damon has many years of experience as a tour guide. He lost his income during COVID and worked as a driver, but he still dreams of bringing back his small carnivorous plant farm.
During the trip, his sister Tin welcomes you at their home and cooks organic Thai dishes made with fruits and vegetables from their own garden.
This day trip is fully private and perfect for couples, families, or small groups. You can choose your start time. Damon will guide you, help you talk to locals, plan the route, and make your day fun and relaxed.
The trip includes two beautiful viewpoints, natural clear pools, optional kayaking away from crowds, a green local route, and a visit to the family garden where you can pick seasonal fruits or vegetables.
This experience supports Damon and his family and gives you a true local and peaceful Krabi day.
What does the trip include?
The trip is flexible for pick-up and drop-off times, but usually lasts about 6-7 hours with 4-5 stops during the day
We suggest : starting around 11 and finishing near sunset, but you can choose any time that works for you. The route is easy, with light walking and a short climb to the viewpoints, and can be personalized.
Damon will pick you up from your hotel in his comfortable jeep or van. During the trip, you can stop anytime, ask questions, and learn from his wide local knowledge.
You’ll visit natural spots, enjoy clear pools, try a calm kayaking route, and explore a local garden. Lunch is a home-style Thai meal at Damon’s family house.
The day ends at one of Krabi’s most beautiful viewpoints before returning to your hotel in your own time.
This trip focuses on Krabi’s natural beauty, peaceful water spots, and a relaxed pace that fits you.
What to bring?
Like any day trip-your important things: swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, change of clothes, hat. Money in case you want something along the way or extra, and lots and lots of good moods
What else?
You need to book the trip in advance. It is best to book as early as you can, or at least one day before, depending on Damon’s schedule. The trip is arranged directly with Damon, your friendly driver and guide.
This trip is good for many types of people-anyone who wants an easy day, no long walking, and nice views. It is also good for people who want a relaxed plan and are open to small surprises. The places in this trip are not part of normal tour agency programs and are not well known.
The stops may change a little depending on the start time, weather, or your group.

Payment is made directly to Damon at the start of the trip.
To give you a price, we only need to know your group size and the ages of any children.
